If you're a real estate broker working in Oranit and the surrounding area, you don't need to post your listings one by one. We offer syndication: your full active portfolio appears on oranit.community automatically, kept in sync with your own systems.
How it works
You provide an automated feed of your active listings. We support most standard formats:
- MLS / IDX feeds (where available)
- XML feeds from your broker website or CRM
- Direct API integration if you have one
We pull from your feed at a regular interval (typically every few hours). New listings appear on oranit.community automatically. Updates to existing listings (price changes, status changes) flow through. When a listing is removed from your feed because it sold, was rented, or expired, it comes down from oranit.community as well.
Once it's set up, you don't have to do anything. The portfolio updates itself.
Where your listings appear
- On the real-estate page of oranit.community, mixed in with private listings, sortable and filterable by residents.
- On a dedicated broker page that shows just your portfolio, branded with your name and logo.
- In directory search results when residents search for properties in Oranit.
- Each listing links back to your own contact info, so leads come directly to you.
What we don't do
We don't compete with you on leads. oranit.community is not a portal that captures the resident's information and routes it through us, your phone number, email, and WhatsApp are visible on every one of your listings. Residents contact you directly. We don't take a commission, a referral fee, or a per-click charge. The fixed monthly fee is the only payment.
Pricing
Broker syndication is a fixed monthly fee, quoted case by case based on the size of your portfolio and the integration work involved. To get a quote, write to us with:
- Your name and brokerage
- The number of active listings you typically have
- What feed format you can provide (MLS, XML, API, other)
- Whether you'd like a branded broker page (most do)
We respond within one business day with a quote. If you accept, setup takes us a few days, and your portfolio is live on oranit.community by the end of the week.
Why this works for both sides
For brokers, oranit.community is hyper-local. Every visitor is either a resident, a future resident looking at the area, or someone closely tied to Oranit. The leads are warmer than what you'd get from a national portal, and the cost per lead is lower because the fee is fixed regardless of volume.
For residents, broker syndication means the real-estate page on oranit.community is comprehensive. Instead of seeing only what private owners post, residents see the full local market, broker listings included, in one place. That's better for everyone.
