oranit.community has a real-estate section where residents can post properties directly. There are two types of posts, depending on whether you're offering a property or looking for one.
Two types of posts
Paid post (₪250 per month): for properties you're offering, sale or rent. This is for owners and landlords listing their own apartment, house, or unit. The post appears in the directory, on the real-estate page, and in search results, with photos, full description, and contact details.
Requested post (₪100 per month): for what you're looking for. If you're searching for a 4-room apartment to rent in Oranit, looking to buy a house in a specific area, or want a short-term sublet, this is the right type. Other residents and brokers see your request and can reach out directly if they have something that fits.
How long the post runs
You choose the duration when you post: 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. The longer durations cost the same per month (no bulk discount), but you save the friction of renewing each month and the post stays live without interruption while you wait for the right buyer, tenant, or property.
Posts auto-expire at the end of the paid period. We'll send you a reminder a few days before expiry so you can renew if you still need it. If you don't renew, the post comes down automatically; nothing stays live without payment.
To post a property:
- Sign in.
- From your dashboard, click Add a Real Estate Listing.
- Choose the type: paid post (offering) or requested post (looking for).
- Fill in the details: type of property, location, price or budget, size, rooms, key features.
- Add photos for paid posts. Listings with photos get significantly more responses.
- Choose your duration: 1, 3, or 6 months.
- Pay through the checkout flow.
- Submit. Your post goes to a brief review.
Review and approval
All real-estate posts go through a quick manual review. We're checking that the listing is real, located in or near Oranit, and meets our community guidelines. We don't approve listings outside our area, posts that look like they're routed through unauthorized brokers, or anything that violates our guidelines. Most posts are approved within a few hours, often faster.
If something needs adjusting, we'll write to you directly. The payment is held until approval; if your post is rejected and can't be fixed, we refund.
What's included
Each post comes with:
- Full description with formatting
- Up to 12 photos for paid posts (3 photos for requested posts)
- Map placement (approximate, not exact address)
- Contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp link if you provide it)
- Visibility on the real-estate page, directory search, and the homepage rotation
Why we charge
Real-estate posts cost money for two reasons. The first is signal: residents trust the real-estate section because every listing is from someone who took the time and the small expense to post it seriously, not from a flood of speculative or duplicate listings. The second is sustainability: real-estate posts, alongside vehicle posts and paid business plans, are how oranit.community covers its operating costs and stays accessible to the rest of the community.
